Live Cattle Commodity Trading Analysis / Commodities / Livestock
Pattern – a downtrend is clearly in process while the action since 2017 looks corrective in nature. I believe this corrective phase still has a little more time left before the downtrend resumes. Bollinger Bands – price has been finding resistance from the middle band but I favour price to overcome it shortly and head up to the upper band where the next lower high can form.

Livestock COW ETF Analysis / Commodities / Livestock
The past year month has been flowing into risk on assets like US equities. And when money is flowing into one investment class there is typically an outflow in others. Commodities in general have been beaten up bad but there is some money to be made here using the livestock COW ETF.

The Cash Broilers Market / Commodities / Livestock
J. Wellington Wimpy was always one of our favorites. The guy was somewhat of a gourmet as his favorite food was hamburgers. He was also a pal of Popeye, an individual addicted to spinach. As Americans enter the July 4th weekend they have a lot to look forward to. First and foremost is the celebration of this nation's independence marked by a federal holiday. Then of course are the customary traditions of parades, fireworks, baseball games, and carnivals among the many. But one timeless tradition that nicely ties into the topic of this essay is the almighty barbeque.
Barbequing is near and dear to the hearts of hundreds of millions of Americans. And millions of grillmeisters don their aprons and arm themselves with extra-long stainless-steel-forged tongs and spatulas as they prepare to strut into their backyards for their moments of glory. These champions of grilling take pride in the delectable cuisines they skillfully prepare for friends and family.

Food Inflation- Rising Price of Chickens / Commodities / Livestock
Your Buffalo Wings may cost you more. As this week's chart portrays, the cash price of broilers appears ready for a breakout to the upside. Broilers are younger chickens bred for meat consumption, like that used for the popular chicken wrap sandwiches every fast food restaurant seems to be offering. Consumption of chi cken has been generally strong due to the shift from red meats and rising preferences for chicken in a variety of forms.Read full article... Read full article...
