TNX has also crossed beneath its 50-day Moving Average at 23.61. It is still within its consolidation area, so I will withhold judgement pending further developments.

These are all strong moves while the SPX lingers near its top. The VIX and Hi-Lo are in neutral, at best. We may get a signal off the top by tomorrow morning, but nothing to show, yet.
