The unfolding Sheffield election battles are centered around whether the current 4 or 5 Labour MP's (is Penistone a Sheffield constituency?) or the former Lib Dem Leader retain their seats. So could Labour being 10% or so behind the Tories result in the feared landslide election victory for Theresa May in the BrExit election include Labour losing a seat? For the Sheffield City council's £2 billion deal with Ferrovial family owned Ame, effectively outsourcing local democracy to a multi-national could be the straw that breaks the voting camels back delivering Sheffield Labour a SHOCK election RESULT!

Sheffield Hallam

The next big election battle is in Sheffield Hallam where Labour hope to unseat former Lib Dem leader Nick Clegg who managed to cling on in 2015 in the wake of a Lib Dem national election bloodbath, however he did lose a whopping 13% falling from 53.4% to 40%. Whilst Labour doubled from 16.1% to 35.8%, just 4.2% behind the Lib Dems.

So Labour definitely smells blood in Sheffield Hallam which is being born out by the pollsters and bookies who just as was the case in 2015 are once more claiming that Nick Clegg will likely lose the Sheffield Hallam seat to Labour.

UK General Election Forecast

As for what is the most probable outcome of this UK general election then see the my final forecast conclusion of seats per party. Baring in mind that I actually did correctly call the 2015 UK general election, EU referendum and Trump! As my primary objective is always to arrive at that which is the most probable so that I can bet and win money on the outcome.
