Russian Mafia Aided by British Lawyers Spreading Across Police State Britain

Best Financial Markets Analysis ArticleWhilst the Egyptians celebrate ridding themselves of the mafia dictatorship and its oligarchy that has stolen Egypt's wealth and kept over 90% of the population both poor and enslaved, the people of Britain need to take a close look at what is taking place on their own Island which has increasingly constructed the infrastructure that is supportive of a near perfect police state that has become home to a literal flood of hundreds of Russian Mafia Oligarchs over the past 10 years that seek to join the bankster elite in the seditious corruption and control of British civil society the price of which will be paid for by ordinary British Citizens in loss of freedom and wealth.

There is little doubt that Russia is a defacto mafia state headed by Oligarch in Chief Vladimir Putin where the general populous lives in fear of doing anything that will bring the state in all its might down onto their backs. Ordinary Business men competing against the oligarchy can find themselves instantly robbed of wealth, liberty and even their lives. Russian lawyers live in fear of defending the innocent for they, themselves can be and are targeted by the Mafia state to silence or disappear into oblivion should they seek to pursue the truth.

After the threat that the bankster elite poses to Britain, Putin's Mafia Oligarchy is next on the list that represents the greatest threat to the British Economy, and Freedoms that are continuously being eroded as Britain trends firmly towards becoming a police state, where the masses will live in perpetual fear to serve the interests of the elite, all of which is near completely silent in the mainstream broadcast press.

Whilst Putin and his Oligarchs have turned Russia into a living hell for anyone that seeks to stand out form the crowd to better themselves in business when all the Oligarchs demand soviet style obedience and silence from the general populous. However the Oligarchs have been on the march for the past decades both those still in the kremlins good books, and those that have crossed swords with Czar Putin and escaped with much of the Russian peoples stolen wealth intact to London where they have set up home and brought their seditious and criminal behaviour with them with the aim of utilising their wealth that collectively runs to more than $1trillion to buy infrastructure and influence aided by whoring British lawyers that use Britains lax laws on privacy and libel to silence critics of this cancerous spread through British civil society.

The Wikileaks U.S. Embassy cables references to Russia being a defacto Mafia State that has ceased to be a democracy and is run by the secret services on behalf of an Oligarchy is nothing new to either the Russian people, business men or foreign investors.

The Russian Mafia State in Action in London

Britain got a taste of the Russian Mafia state in action in October 2006, when the Russian state perpetuated what amounted to a nuclear terrorist dirty bomb attack on London that spread the highly radioactive polonium-210 across central London so as to kill a former KGB agent turned critic of the regime, Alexander Litvinenko, unfortunately for the Russian regime, Litvinenko managed to cling on to life long enough to point the finger at Putin's Kremlin in a statement delivered in hospital two days before he died.

"I would like to thank many people. My doctors, nurses and hospital staff who are doing all they can for me, the British police who are pursuing my case with vigour and professionalism and are watching over me and my family.

I would like to thank the British government for taking me under their care. I am honoured to be a British citizen.

I would like to thank the British public for their messages of support and for the interest they have shown in my plight.

I thank my wife Marina, who has stood by me. My love for her and our son knows no bounds.

But as I lie here I can distinctly hear the beating of wings of the angel of death.

I may be able to give him the slip but I have to say my legs do not run as fast as I would like.

I think, therefore, that this may be the time to say one or two things to the person responsible for my present condition.

You may succeed in silencing me but that silence comes at a price. You have shown yourself to be as barbaric and ruthless as your most hostile critics have claimed.

You have shown yourself to have no respect for life, liberty or any civilised value.

You have shown yourself to be unworthy of your office, to be unworthy of the trust of civilised men and women.

You may succeed in silencing one man but the howl of protest from around the world will reverberate, Mr Putin, in your ears for the rest of your life.

May God forgive you for what you have done, not only to me but to beloved Russia and its people. "

Alexander Litvinenko 21 November 2006

Litvinenko had written two books in the UK criticising the regime in Russian Regime - books, Blowing up Russia: Terror from Within and Lubyanka Criminal Group, where he accused Russian secret services of staging the Russian apartment bombings and other terrorism acts in an effort to bring Vladimir Putin to power. He also accused Putin of ordering the murder of Russian journalist Anna Politkovskaya.

Why Would the Russian Mafia / Oligarchs Target the UK

In two words, "The City", London is the Money laundering capital of the world, and one thing that the Oligarchs definitely have is plenty of money to launder, total wealth stolen from the Russian people is estimated at more than $1 trillion of which a large part has been cleansed through the City of London's financial sector. The politicians want their cut (any party in power, does not matter which), the bankster's want their cut (commissions).

Therefore the Russian Mafia feel at home in London as they gradually seek to corrupt the state as a consequence of laundering money from crime from both wealth stolen from the Russian people and proceeds of new hi-tek new crimes such as commercial espionage, hacking of financial systems and utilisation of bot nets executed from locations far distant than their London mansions, and beyond the jurisdiction of British Police force.

British Lawyers Whoring Themselves to the Russian Mafia

Britain's libel laws are such constructed that anyone detailing the record of criminal behaviour of the Russian Oligarchy that eagerly seeks to erase their past criminal record and mask their current criminal activities, brings their whoring British lawyers, eager to earn tens of millions in legal fees down on them like a ton of bricks, because as with Czar Putin's Russia, they effectively have the power to rewrite history in an attempt at hide their criminal past from public eye, and no one in Britain has the wealth or power to go up against $1 trillion, whether they be mainstream press or not, they would be annihilated in never ending costly legal battles that allows the Russian Mafia to operate freely in London.

The mainstream print press after losing tens of millions in libel cases that they would have won in virtually any other western court during the late 1990's and early 2000's has in fact been silenced by the Russian Mafia / Oligarchy which is why there IS no Investigative Journalism taking place on the activities of the Russian Mafia in the UK.

However, the whoring British lawyers need to do some research by contacting their colleagues in Russia for what lies in store for them, for after journalists, lawyers are next in line to be targeted by the Russian Oligarch mafia.

British Intelligence is Not So Intelligent

Whilst following the 9/11, the Iraq War and 7/7, expenditure on intelligence agency operations has multiplied, however the intelligence agencies have become nearly exclusively focused on terrorism, whilst the greater more seditious threat that organised crime poses has flown under the radar and has allowed the Russian Mafia / Oligarchy to become entrenched in the UK. As far as I can ascertain there exists NO Investigative organisation or institution in the UK that is countering Russian organised crime.

Corrupt Lying British Politicians

The MP expenses scandal revealed in black and white that corruption in British politics is endemic, with little that has changed as MP's remain primed to have their palms greased from the $1 trillion of wealth stolen from the Russian people.

Furthermore, the 2010 general election revealed that virtually every word that passes from out of a politicians mouth is a lie, as virtually every key election pledge made has been subsequently broken with the "coalition government" mantra excuse used in near every government statement to explain away the breaking of election promises.

Britain has All the Infrastructure in Place for a Police State

The dictators of the world can only look on in envy at the surveillance society that exists in Britain, where the movement and activities of Britains 60 million people are constantly tracked and recorded by over 5 million CCTV camera's, approx 15% of the worlds CCTV cameras, utilising facial and car number plate recognition. On top of which there is electronic surveillance of every phone call made and triangulation of mobile phone signals before we even start to introduce personal data generated by internet service providers and easily accessible data-bases on public sites such as Facebook, and state run bureaucracies that document every interaction with the state.

Whilst the Egyptian protests triggered much noise from media whoring politicians and commentators in response to Egyptian Police State tactics such as cutting off of internet access and mobile phone communications between the demonstrators. However the Egyptian regime were mere amateurs when compared to the tactics that the British Police state has deployed against student demonstrators in London over several months, such as the kettling of protestors into an enclosed space for many hours, not allowing anyone to leave so as to break the will of protestors, whilst at the same time selective blocking of mobile communications in specific locations.

The British police have forgotten that they exist to serve the people and not the elite, the current tactics of using video surveillance to identify, track and arrest protestors is akin to totalitarian China than where Britain used to be.

The British police are failing to understand that lawful protest is a fundamental civil right of the people of Britain, that their kettling , provocation, incitement and surveillance tactics are seeking to subvert.

The recent highly public case of under cover police infiltration and incitement operations on climate change activists is further evidence of a defacto police state in action where under cover police officers are inciting protesting groups to break the law. How many more hundreds of under cover police operatives are out there who's primary purpose is to incite a group or protesting crowd into a course of action that they would not have otherwise undertaken so that the police can generate evidence for prosecution.

Therefore contrary to what the British people may assume as to where their personal freedoms stand, Britain is primed to become a police state at literally the flip of a switch, with far more intensive control and interference of the population than the likes of Putin's Russia or Mubarak's Egypt could ever hope to achieve.

The people of Britain need to wake up and realise what is taking place and demand that freedom of speech is both protected and liberated so that the growth of the Police state can be kept in check and the likes of the Russian mafia cancer that is slowly spreading across and out of London can be exposed and neutralised, especially as we have yet to experience the impact of a flood of Chinese Oligarch $billions.

I thought we could mark this November the 5th, a day that is sadly no longer remembered, by taking some time out of our daily lives to sit down and have a little chat. There are of course those who do not want us to speak. I suspect even now, orders are being shouted into telephones, and men with guns will soon be on their way. Why? Because while the truncheon may be used in lieu of conversation, words will always retain their power. Words offer the means to meaning, and for those who will listen, the enunciation of truth. And the truth is, there is something terribly wrong with this country, isn't there? Cruelty and injustice, intolerance and oppression. And where once you had the freedom to object, to think and speak as you saw fit, you now have censors and systems of surveillance coercing your conformity and soliciting your submission.

How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror. I know why you did it. I know you were afraid. Who wouldn't be? War, terror, disease. There were a myriad of problems which conspired to corrupt your reason and rob you of your common sense. Fear got the best of you, and in your panic you turned to the now high chancellor, Adam Sutler. He promised you order, he promised you peace, and all he demanded in return was your silent, obedient consent. Last night I sought to end that silence. Last night I destroyed the Old Bailey, to remind this country of what it has forgotten.

More than four hundred years ago a great citizen wished to embed the fifth of November forever in our memory. His hope was to remind the world that fairness, justice, and freedom are more than words, they are perspectives. So if you've seen nothing, if the crimes of this government remain unknown to you then I would suggest you allow the fifth of November to pass unmarked. But if you see what I see, if you feel as I feel, and if you would seek as I seek, then I ask you to stand beside me one year from tonight, outside the gates of Parliament, and together we shall give them a fifth of November that shall never, ever be forgot.

Ian Hislop :: Libel law is in urgent need of reform, and if you think that my views on this are a touch biased or indeed totally compromised, then can I suggest you take a look at these excellent suggestions from the eminently respectable Index on Censorship and English Pen? Any ideas which will make the process cheaper and fairer should be looked at extremely carefully. This is not about the press evading its responsibilities or about letting dodgy journalists off the hook. It is about safeguarding really important freedoms. Honestly. - Ian Hislop is the Editor of Private Eye magazine."

Stephen Fry :: “A country with Britain's history of ancient liberties should be celebrating its part in the development of democracy around the world: instead we cringe with embarrassment at archaic, unfair and illiberal laws on libel that make us a global laughing stock. From true free speech flow cultural richness, political liberty and wider prosperities. Instead, our current laws can be manipulated to protect the corrupt and to hide the truth. They are threatening to throttle the life out of our traditions of openness and freedom and to betray all those who fought over the centuries to keep us free.” - Stephen Fry is a broadcaster, actor and author."

Natasha Loder :: “Censorship doesn't start in the courtroom, it doesn't start with the editor, it doesn't even start in the pen, it starts in the brain. The difficulty and cost of defending a libel case mean I am not able to write the truth, which has to be wrong.” - Natasha Loder is a writer for The Economist and the President of the Association of British Science Writers."

Libel Reform Campaign Petition Statement

England's libel laws are unjust, against the public interest and internationally criticised - there is urgent need for reform

Freedom to criticise and question, in strong terms and without malice, is the cornerstone of argument and debate, whether in scholarly journals, on websites, in newspapers or elsewhere. Our current libel laws inhibit debate and stifle free expression. They discourage writers from tackling important subjects and thereby deny us the right to read about them.

The law is so biased towards claimants and so hostile to writers that London has become known as the libel capital of the world. The rich and powerful bring cases to London on the flimsiest grounds (libel tourism), because they know that 90% of cases are won by claimants. Libel laws intended to protect individual reputation are being exploited to suppress fair comment and criticism.

The cost of a libel trial is often in excess of £1 million and 140 times more expensive than libel cases in mainland Europe; publishers (and individual journalists, authors, academics, performers and blog-writers) cannot risk such extortionate costs, which means that they are forced to back down, withdraw and apologise for material they believe is true, fair and important to the public.

The English PEN/Index on Censorship report has shown that there is an urgent need to amend the law to provide a stronger, wider and more accessible public interest defence. Sense About Science has shown that the threat of libel action leads to self-censorship in scientific and medical writing.

We the undersigned, in England and beyond, urge politicians to support a bill for major reforms of the English libel laws now, in the interests of fairness, the public interest and free speech.

As for the Russian people, they too will one day Egyptian style have to wake up and free themselves form their latest Dictator, until then they will remain living in fear and poverty as their countries wealth continues to be stolen by the Oligarch's

Not quite

Nadeem, I have enjoyed reading your articles on UK Housing and Inflation for a few years.

But this is off the mark by a mile on many (not all) accounts. One illustration: The leading Russian daily (www.mk.ru) had a front-page editorial drawing comparison between Russia and Tunisia. Try to find that in most Middle Eastern countries.

Russia

I checked the site, its in Russian, and my Russian 'O' level of several decades ago is not of much use.

Russia / Middle eastern totalitarian states are differing shades of very dark grey.

Like I said, Britain itself is primed to become a police state if freedom fo speech is not protected and liberated from draconian libel laws.

It's up to the people of Russia to recognise where they are and where they want to be.
