Democrats Double Down on Trump Show Trial
Politics / US Politics Jun 04, 2019 - 12:05 PM GMTA majority of the public by now is sick of the witch hunt. Just imagine the fatigue and revolting sentiments that ordinary Americans have for the elitists and brainwashed libtards that want to impeach President Trump. Interminable Congressional hearings with no reasonable chance for Senate removal from office are in itself an abuse of legislative provocative. The William Jefferson Clinton impeachment demonstrated that a Republican Senate had a prearranged agreement to acquit before the trial began. If two-thirds of Senators could be mustered to convict, the RINO Republicans would need to demonstrate they are closet NeoCons.
The show trial that the establishment 'Never Trumpers' would more likely be one of continued trashing by committees and endless media presstitute reporting. The Show Trials in the USSR had the purpose of protecting Stalin. The Marxist Democrats are the Amerika version of Bolshevism. Their aim is to maintain the Deep State in power. Maintaining the totalitarian culture of collectivism by systematically destroying our Constitutional Republic has reached a point of no return.
Even Speaker Nancy Pelosi knows that she is herding wildcats bent on a deranged hunt for a crime that does not exist. David Harsanyi sums up progressive sickness in the Federalist article, Impeach Trump Or Go Home, Democrats There is no constitutional crisis. There is only endless manufactured political hysteria.
"The same people who never met a constitutional amendment they didn’t want to weaken or destroy will now act as if a middling procedural showdown is the next Watergate. Mainstream media stories about Nadler’s fishing expeditions have already framed Democrats as stewards of law and order, forced into impeachment by inflexible Republicans.
It will never be enough. If Trump is a criminal who flirts with treason and threatens the very existence of the Constitution, don’t Democrats have a duty to impeach the president?"
As the obstructionists in Congress ratchet up their echo chamber, will they actually flout public sentiment and push ahead with their threats that they will put on display the alleged criminal-in-chief for high crimes and misdemeanors? Those citizens that have become disenchanted with Trump and are considering opting out of the 2020 election have not become avid exponents for a public hanging. Well the deceitful media sees a lifeline to keep their narrative afloat. The average American does not view an artificial spectacle as payback for the Bill Clinton episode.
Therefore, it comes as welcome news that the White House rejects cooperating in Congress 'show trial'. Make the demented Democrats put up or crawl back under their rocks.
"A letter sent by White House counsel Pat Cipollone rejected demands by Jerry Nadler, head of the House of Representatives judiciary committee, for extensive documentation and testimony.
Cipollone wrote that the committee does not have the right "to harass political opponents" or conduct an "unauthorized ‘do-over’" of the recently completed probe into Trump led by special counsel Robert Mueller.
A senior White House official, who spoke on condition of anonymity, went further, saying that Nadler's probes amount to "nothing short of presidential harassment" and "some kind of show trial."
Before you conclude that only the White House staff opposes the circus parade, heard Andrew Stein and the evidence he cites.
"Indeed, more than two-thirds of voters agree that Democrats should not start impeachment proceedings. According to a Harvard CAPS/Harris Poll, 65 percent of respondents opposed impeachment proceedings. While a slim majority of Democrats, 56 percent, supported impeachment, only 32 percent of independents and 14 percent of Republicans said they supported it."
Stein's assessment states clearly: "Instead of wasting time on what is sure to be a failed impeachment proceeding, Democrats need to work with Republican leadership in the Senate and with the president to help enact real reform and legislation."
Such a realistic approach would appeal to men of good will. The facts of the matter must recognize that the radical extremism of the socialists is holding their party hostage and purging members like Andrew Stein.
This circumstance places damaging pressure on party supporters and herd their followers to jump on the impeachment band wagon. Any levelheaded political advocate would reason their case based upon sound arguments. However, after the collapse of a constant stream of fake allegations and false witness claims, since Trump challenged the establishment system; should be a lasting legacy to rabid Democrats, who have spent every hour to bring down the President.
They call Trump a fascist . . . Balderdash. The coming Show Trial will prove definitely that the Democrats have more in common with 'Uncle Joe' (and I do not mean Biden) Stalin than the original Democratic Party, founded around 1828 by supporters of Andrew Jackson. Do not forget that Trump displays the portrait of Andrew Jackson in his Oval Office.
Proponents of the origins and true Democratic principles desperately need to bone-up on their history. The departure into a progressive proletariat party during the 20th century imposed a despotic socialism and a tyrannical central government to this country.
Democrats must balance their emotions and start using common sense. David Catron sums up correctly in the The American Spectator article, Anti-Trump Crazies Urge Impeachment on Cringing Dems.
"On impeachment, the Democrats are caught between Scylla and Charybdis. The “news” media, the far left wing of their own caucus, and their most vocal paymaster want President Trump thrown over the side to appease the gods of the deep state. But the electorate isn’t there. The voters aren’t naïve enough to think Trump is as pure as the driven snow, but most have by now concluded that the nonstop calumny to which he has been subjected for the last three years is unfair at best. In the end, the Democrats don’t have any good choices. The exigencies of ideology and money won’t permit them to do the right thing, and the voters will probably punish them for failing to do so."
And this is a compelling reason why President Trump will win re-election in 2020.
