It now appears that the 50-day Moving Average at 2077.32 is the probable target for this afternoon’s bounce. By 4:00 pm, this entire cycle from 2120.55 to today’s top will have taken 43 hours.

It’s time to prepare for a flash crash.

INDU has declined to its support line this morning and bounced. It also may be stopped beneath its 50-day Moving Average at 17781.62. This appears to be a smaller degree Wave [i]-[ii] scenario.

NDX has no underlying support and is beneath its 50-day Moving Average at 4448.03. This is a very bearish look.

All of these indices appear ready to move lower imminently.

Be prepared.
