Stock-Markets / Stock Markets 2015 Apr 09, 2015 - 10:37 AM GMTThe stock market indices had a very volatile, topsy-turvy day, unable to take out support or resistance, but had some violent swings in between on FOMC statement today.

Stepping back and reviewing the hourly chart patterns, the indices were up, they were down, they were up, and they were back down again after spiking post-FOMC meeting. They pulled back and closed strong. It was a very volatile, consolidation day. Both support and resistance held. The jury is still out on what direction they are going to take from here.
