After a bit of sideways consolidation beneath Cycle Bottom resistance, SPX has now broken beneath its prior lows and is on its way for another probable 100 point drop. The Flash Crash may be starting here.

VIX has also made a sideways consolidation at or above its Cycle Top at 18.83 and is also ready to go for its next target, the Cup with Handle target at 24.26.

Things are changing so fast that I will send out another report briefly rather than putting it all on one.
