Video Proof that Obama's Economic Stimulus Has Worked

Politics

For months you've heard GOP blowhards repeat over-and-over again that Obama's stimulus was "a waste of money" and "did nothing". And--all the while--administration wussies have hemmed-and-hawed trying their best to sweep the stimulus under the rug terrified that it would cost them precious votes in the upcoming midterms.

Obama's unwillingness to stand up for the things the most liberals believe in heart-and-soul has cost the Dems the election and could end up dragging the country back into another vicious contraction. All Team Obama needed to do was develop a coherent communications strategy based on the way stimulus touches the lives of ordinary working people---like your friends and neighbors and brother-in-law--all of whom are looking desperately for a fu**ing job! Is that so hard to do? It's called public relations, and it can be used to show how government can help people get back on their feet just as easily as it can be used in smear campaigns like the GOP Swiftboaters.

I challenge anyone to watch this short 2-minute video and say that Obama's stimulus "didn't work". Here's the link:

We need more stimulus because millions of our brothers and sisters are unemployed, frightened and suffering. So, when is Obama going to "man up" and fight for the things that most decent people believe in?

Serious Mike?

How many hundreds of times have we seen that millions or hundreds of millions were thrown at creating 10-20 non permanent jobs?

How much of that money went directly to the banks? the ones that are not lending any?

How about we put an ice cream shop on every corner? is that the "PLAN"

Maybe USA can be the worlds largest producer of ice cream... as surely theyh are the largest consumer

Maybe they can produce something besides debt and war.... so in a sense if this is the direction of the country.... Yes the stimulus did work if we are turning to ice cream instead of war

stimulus waste

Yeah we spend 2.7 trillion dollars and the fake GDP numbers keep falling. The stimulus did so much good and they claim we are out of the recession, but the Fed needs to continue to print more money just to keep the dead patient barely alive. You must be a keynesian fool!
