Of particular amusement is the March 89 report that The channel runnel will lead to a 20% rise in prices, 4 months later that the tunnel wil force prices down by 20% ! A 40% variation in 4 months !

Remember, to take note of what happens AFTER the next election, yes the housing market may drift until the next election, but what mood will grip the markets after the next election ?
