So that there is no confusion stocks are very over valued right now with the S&P trading on a PE of 22,7, even the Fed gets this as indicated in the November Financial Stability Report.

The risk free premium is also at an extreme which shows that stocks are expensive vs risk free Treasuries. However as you can see we are nowhere the extreme of the dot com bubble, not that I am saying things are going to get to that level just that this chart says that bonds are cheap vs equities, which should act as tailwinds for bonds especially as stocks continue to climb higher as the bubble builds.

The bottom line is that the markets are laying the ground for the bubble to build and then burst in spectacular style that will send bonds soaring and stocks crashing, all whilst the masses will be caught off guard once more as they FOMO into the top, whilst right now folk have a year or so's head start of what's to come. But it ain' t so simple where AI tech stocks are concerned, i.e. an accelerating mega-trend which means downside for the likes of the AI Primaries at least could be very limited so a balancing act between maintaining exposure during the bear market and having enough cash on accounts to capitalise on deviations from the highs. I am going to have to develop a price time exposure matrix of sorts, anyway in the meantime continue to trim into FOMO and buy nothing burger dips such as the Yen Carry Trade nonsense panic of August 5th.
