The International Court for Religious Crimes, Terror and Human Rights Violations

Till recently religions had purely been personal concerns of the members of the religions concerned and not the domain of the humanity as a whole. Along with religious people, secular and irreligious people also coexisted in almost all societies. As such there was no need for any international covenants or interventions on matters of the religion. But now Religions have become the epicenters of the Blatant Crimes, Terror and Human Rights Violations affecting the entire Humanity.

The Greatest Threat to Peace

Now situation has been changed drastically and religions have become the greatest problem or liability capable of bringing even the Third World War and the total destruction of the Humanity. Earlier it had been claimed that Religions were the greatest invention for an orderly and peaceful social life built upon Humanism, Spirituality and Moral or Ethical Principles. But almost all religions have lost their Humanism and Spirituality and assumed some of the characteristics of Fascism or Criminal Syndicates, including the cold-blooded murder and inhuman social boycott of those who leave or desert the religion and convert to other religions or even disobey the instructions. Religions have been molded just like the Multi-National Corporations with well-defined Competition and Marketing Strategies with Economic, Social, Financial, Strategic and Geo-Political Agendas at the cost of Humanism, Spirituality and Moral or Ethical Values and Principles.

Human Creation

Out of the 60,000 years of the known history of the Humanity, Hinduism, the oldest religion, has the history of 5000 years; Judaism has 4000 years, Christianity has just 2000 years and Islam has mere 1500 years. Had religions been the creation of the God, they should have the same history as has been in the case the Humanity; there should not have been more than one religion for the entire Humanity; there should have been only one interpretation for the religious scripture that too should have been written not by the human beings but by the God himself or at least the Angel. All religions and scriptures are human creation and not of any God though each religion claims its divinity as a marketing or propaganda strategy.

Blatant Human Right Violations

No Religion is free from the naked Human Right Violations of its own members or the members of other religions or men without any religion. Religion is a one-way trap to attract into its fold without any opening valve to leave or disagree with it. Just like the Primitive Criminal Tribes or Syndicates, some religions even brutally kill their members if they convert to the other religion or even not duly obedient.

Dreadful Fascism

Without Humanism, Spirituality and Ethical Principles, any Religion can be made more venomous and deadly than the dreadful Fascism as they practice Terrorism and Fundamentalism rather than Peace, Justice and Mercy. The clear cut example is Islam having two faces either as Peace or as Terror.

Quoting the same Quran and the Hadiths, Islam can be either the Religion of Peace or the Religion of Terror. Now Islam is getting evolved as the Religion of Terror, relinquishing the age old image as the Religion of Peace, consequent on the new waves of Islamic Fundamentalism reinforcing the Primitive Arab Desert Tribal Wars, Fears, Enmity, Revenge, and Terror besides Dress and Appearances as the core of Islam as had been the case of the early stage of Islam during the time of Mohammad. This has created unending confusions to the modern, peace-loving and moderate Muslims all over the world even provoking them to leave Islam and convert to other religions.

Religious Freedom

No religion has any right to take the law and order in its hand or punish or exterminate anybody, its own members or others, in the Age of Democracy and National Governments. Religious Freedom means the freedom of practicing or not practicing any Religion and freedom to embrace or leave any religion or faith. Each and very Religion must be made Transparent and Socially Accountable, including financial dealings and connections with political organizations or movements .

Spread of Ultra-Fascism

Unless Religions turn towards Humanism, Spirituality and Moral Values, instead of Primitivism or Savagism, the New Generation of the Thinking and Dynamic Youth and Women turn towards Ultra-Fascism to fight against the Religions that promote war and terror. This is more evident in Islam than any other religion. It is due to the failure of Islam to uphold Humanism, Spirituality, Moral Values and Religious Freedom, so many young Muslims, including women, are attracted towards Islamic Terrorism, especially ISIS and Boko Haram that in turn leads to the spread of Ultra-Fascism to fight against Islam. Islam as a Religion is in Crisis, its own Identity Crisis.

International Court for Religious Crimes

There must be an International Court for Religious Crimes, Terror and Violations of the Human Rights of individuals or groups besides the right interpretation of the religion, under the direct control of the United Nations. All Religions of the world must be brought under its jurisdiction.

Any individual or group, including the member or non-member of any religion, should be given the right to approach the Court against all types of Religious Crimes, Terror, Intimidation, Social Boycotts and Violations of Religious Freedom including the Right to practice or not to practice any religion and also to leave any religion or to convert to any other religion committed by any religion or group or government. The Ruling or Verdict of the Court should be legally binding internationally.
