Britains housing crisis is one of limited new build supply that consistently fails to keep pace with new demand that typically tends to average twice the rate of supply resulting in an worsening housing crisis each year which explains why academic theories of UK house prices being in a bubble that is always imminently destined to burst persistently fails to materialise. Instead the reality is one of house prices relentlessly grinding ever higher with an ever escalating house prices to earnings ratio that on an average stands at over 7X earnings, and far beyond that of virtually every other western nation and in some parts of the UK is greater than 25X earnings.

Border Control

In regard to immigration the politicians of the Democrat party use the same tactics. "A country that does not controls it's borders, does not control it's destiny."

Global Over population problem

The problem of worldwide is overpopulation with limited resources and land which can only be solved by TIME and overpopulation. Like they say the cure for inflation is inflation and time. When everyone feeling the high pressure and unpleasantness of living they will 1) killing one another fighting wars (such as in Africa, 2) stop reproduce so population will drop, (such as many of developed countries, 3) new deadly disease wipe out populations. May be mentioned are not all true but believed partially true.

Lots of people even the so call brilliant economists worry about population shrinking so GDP is decreasing They forget the disasters of overpopulation who are using up the limited resource and land are infinitely worsen than fewer people in the world. Human population can grow explosively in no time in just giving 1 to 2 generations. Noticing the baby boom after world II in the US and else where in world, and in China too? What’s good time the baby boomers have had! Getting rid of overpopulation is called tragedy or atrocity and painful. But that’s what the world’s facing now.

UK, Europe and Japan, (and China too joining in) just have to wait till the old ones to die out and leave lots of houses to the young ones, assuming that they come to their sense to limit large number of immigrants new comers. If not then UK and Europe will be crashed by flood of refugees from across the pond like they are now. (btw just don’t know why the EU didn't see that’s come by bombed Libya to piece and got rid of the strong stabilizing leaders over there.)

p.s. Take China’s example, China’s problem is housing distribution. Housing prices of major big cites are are still trending up, not down, though short term may be down a little. But with every down term, housing sales jump up right away. Why? Because the reason called affordability.

ED " SUCK UP TO EUROPE " MILABAND ?

This idiot would be a complete disaster for Britain TONY " AR**LICKER " BLAIR has turned BRITAIN into a multi cultural sewer with his leftwing " ANYBODY CAN COME IN POLICY " But MILABAND would be even worst . Every sentence he waffles on about starts with " EUROPE THIS ... EUROPE THAT .... " he's just another leftwing groveler . He's no idea how to run a tea party never mind a country . The nhs is a complete joke and if ED gets in even more ASYLUM SEEKERS will be allowed into BRITAIN grinding the nhs down . THE BACKBONE OF BRITAIN IS BREAKING and it's all down to LABOUR'S " ANYBODY CAN LIVE IN BRITAIN POLICY "

How CAMERON can be expected to clean BLAIR'S MESS up in 5 years is unbelievable . I hate Cameron as well . But the only party who will get elected is Labour or Conservative . God help us if ED milaband gets in - it would be like handing BRITAIN over to the ABBYS
