As a Prime member, I got them to my doorstep in Stowe, Vermont the next day for free.When I unpacked the box, one of the accessories was missing. I called Amazon’s customer service to get a replacement sorted out. But what I was told raised my eyebrows:

I got to spend lots of time with my one-year-old daughter over the holidays, who is quickly becoming a Disney (DIS) superfan. She dragged me and my wife into the playroom to watch the movie Frozen at least five times.
If you have a daughter or granddaughter, I’m sure you know all about Frozen. The mega-hit raked in $1.2 billion when it hit the big screen in 2013. So it was practically a guarantee Disney would make a sequel. Frozen II hit theaters a few weeks ago and raked in another $1.2 billion.

Uber May Do the Impossible in 2020 / Companies / Self Driving Cars

Of all the stocks I covered this year, I was hardest on Uber (UBER). I caught some flak for writing “buying Uber stock is the dumbest thing you can do with your money in 2019.”
Although my call ruffled feathers, I stand by it. Since Uber IPO’d in May, the stock has plunged 35%. And it was just plain wrong how the media hyped up its IPO, luring in novice investors who didn’t know any better, only to watch their money go up in smoke.
To be clear, I love Uber’s service. It’s cheap, easy, and way better than regular taxis. But it’s been a horrible, money-losing business.

A 6 year old girl sending christmas cards to her school friends, was surprised to find one card already had a hand written message
"Forced to work against our will. Please help us and notify human rights organisation, contact Mr Peter Humphrey"
Tesco pretending not to know they had slave labour working for them, pulled the cards from the shelves, though virtually everyone who was going to buy christmas cards would have done so by then and given that they were being sold in the reduced to clear shelves just prior to the news story breaking.
This story just illustrates that China is a rising totalitarian power. Where whilst today several millions of Ugers and other minorities find themselves in Chinese slave labour concentration camps.
